2007年11月2日国税函[2007]1077号各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局:为减轻纳税人负担,减少纳税人办理涉税事项时报送的涉税资料,税务总局对国税系统征管业务中纳税人依申请程序所报送的资料进行了全面清理,并据此编写了办理纳税人涉税事项操作指南,现将有关问题通知如下:一、涉税资料清理简并结果
