本文对W6Mo5Cr4V2型高速钢在铸态、锻材、轧材及加入一定含N量的状态下分别进行了碳化物着色和显示的试验分析。试验方法试验中采用的腐蚀剂: (1)2g苦味酸,25g氢氧化钠,100ml蒸馏水,沸腾使用。 (2)10g赤血盐,10g氢氧化钠,100ml水。 (3)1%铬酸水溶液,电解腐蚀。 (4)4%氢氧化钠的饱和高锰酸钾水溶液。对铸态、110方坯锻材和φ40轧材分别不同情况采用以上4种腐蚀剂进行了试验。试验结果 1.铸态下的碳化物显示 W6Mo5Cr4V2型高速钢中不同状态下有M_2C、M_6C、M_(23)C_6、MC等几种不同类
In this paper, W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel in the as-cast, forgings, rolling and adding a certain amount of N-containing state of the test were analyzed and displayed carbide. Test methods used in the test etchant: (1) 2g picric acid, 25g sodium hydroxide, 100ml of distilled water, boiling use. (2) 10g red blood salt, 10g sodium hydroxide, 100ml water. (3) 1% chromic acid solution, electrolytic corrosion. (4) 4% saturated aqueous potassium permanganate solution of sodium hydroxide. The as cast, 110 billet forging and φ40 rolled material were tested using the above four kinds of etchants under different conditions. Test results 1. As-cast carbide shows W2Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel in different states have M_2C, M_6C, M_ (23) C_6, MC, and several different types
