利用电子探针和浅层X光衍射技术,研究了氮化钢离子氮化时化合物层的形成过程。试验结果表明,离子氮化化合物层中γ′、ε和α相含量,受氮化表面从氮化气氛中吸收的氮量与向工件内部扩散的氮量之间平衡过程的影响。试验确定,氮化钢在低氮势气氛中(氮氢气、氨分解气)离子氮化后,氮化表面化合物层中一般都夹杂着少量α相,这可能是降低氮化层脆性的重要因素。
The formation process of the compound layer during nitridation of nitrided steel was studied by using electron probe and shallow X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the content of γ ’, ε and α phase in the ionic nitrided compound layer is affected by the balance between the amount of nitrogen absorbed from the nitriding atmosphere on the nitrided surface and the amount of nitrogen diffused into the workpiece. It is confirmed that the nitrided steel generally contains a small amount of α phase in the nitrided surface compound layer after ion nitriding in a low nitrogen atmosphere (nitrogen, hydrogen and ammonia decomposed gas), which may be an important factor in reducing the brittleness of the nitride layer .
