In this paper, through the indoor compression test when the water content of collapsible loess increases, the variation regularity of collapsible loess during humidification is analyzed. The two important critical indexes of humidification deformation of collapsible loess are discussed: deformation demarcation pressure Pc, deformation demarcation water content Wc, some factors affecting Pc and Wc and their engineering significance
