以油酸（０．１ｍｌ／ｋｇ）静脉注入家兔后，血浆内皮素含量明显增高、肺动脉压右心室压分别增加了１．１０和０．６２ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示：内皮素在肺损伤发病中可能起重要作用。肺动脉逆行注入心房钠尿肽（０．４μｇ／ｋｇ）可减轻油酸所致肺动脉压、右心室压的增高，降低血浆内皮素含量的增高幅度。结果表明：心房钠尿肽对急性肺损伤有一定的保护作用。
