以油酸(0.1ml/kg)静脉注入家兔后,血浆内皮素含量明显增高、肺动脉压右心室压分别增加了1.10和0.62kPa(P<0.05),提示:内皮素在肺损伤发病中可能起重要作用。肺动脉逆行注入心房钠尿肽(0.4μg/kg)可减轻油酸所致肺动脉压、右心室压的增高,降低血浆内皮素含量的增高幅度。结果表明:心房钠尿肽对急性肺损伤有一定的保护作用。
