带状角膜变性是继发于慢性葡萄膜炎、青光眼、高血钙症或玻璃体术后眼内注入硅酮等的一种眼病,在角膜上皮下发生钙质沉着而引起角膜实质浅层混浊。作者采用角膜表层切除术治疗此病3例5眼,经长期观察取得良好效果。方法:在角膜中央混浊区4～5mm直径范围,以刀刮除角膜上皮的方式做表层切除。不使用EDTA液。术前、术后2个月、1年及最后观察时都做了眼前部摄影。根据各时期
