为纪念中国共产党成立八十周年,进一步学习和研究江泽民同志的“三个代表”重要思想,中共山东省委讲师团和济南市委讲师团于6月13日至15日在济南召开了“建党八十周年与‘三个代表’伟大实践理论研讨会”。来自全省讲师团系统和济南市有关单位的50余名理论工作者参加了研讨会。会议共收到论文60余篇。会议主要围绕着“三个代表”重要思想的伟大意义和指导作用、“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵、如何实践“三个代表”这三个专题进行了深入研讨。省委讲师团团长张全新、省委讲师团副团长何克亮、省委讲师团兼职教授戴可义分别做了专题中心发言,20名论文作者进行了大会发言交流,其他论文作者在分组讨论中发了言。研讨会的主要成果和理论观点综合起来有以下三个方面:
