1962年1月～1977年12月,我院收治高血压病人750例,占同期住院总人数的7.3%。现进行分析,供今后防治工作参考。高血压病诊断标准,按照1974年在北京修订的全国高血压病诊断参考标准的规定。临床资料高血压750例,男694例,女56例,年龄最小20岁,最大82岁,41～60岁者572例。一、分期:Ⅰ_(甲、乙)期共522例,Ⅱ期193例,Ⅲ期35例。二、发现方式:有病史记录678例,其中有症状就医443例,因体检或其他疾病门诊、住院被发现235例。三、有关发病因素:以有家族史、脑力劳动者为主,吸烟者为多。
