近年来,随着化疗药物的应用,白血病患者存活时间有所延长,但中枢神经白血病(简称CNL)的发病率却逐渐增高,这是影响白血病疗效、导致复发和直接造成病人死亡的主要原因之一。笔者就莱阳中心医院收治的20例CNL患者(均符合全国白血病南宁会议拟定的诊断标准)的临床特点,谈谈CNL早期诊断的几点体会。
