采用Al_2O_3:C晶体制备了光释光剂量计(OSLD),并开展了剂量学性能的初步研究,结果表明:剂量计退火40 min后本底为0.03 mGy,对10片剂量计分别进行7次重复测量,测量结果的相对标准偏差为0.8%~5.3%,剂量计在0.02 mGy~10 Gy范围内线性响应良好(图1),照后两个月信号衰退小于5%。OSLD具有元件测读过程相对简单、性能稳定、受环境温湿度影响小等特点,在个人剂量监测、环境辐射监测、空间辐射测量、辐
The photoluminescence dosimeter (OSLD) was prepared by using Al_2O_3: C crystal and the dosimetry performance was studied. The results showed that the background of the dosimeter was 0.03 mGy after annealing for 40 min, Repeated measurements showed a relative standard deviation of 0.8% -5.3%. The dosimeter had a good linear response in the range of 0.02 mGy to 10 Gy (Fig. 1), with a signal decline of less than 5% two months after irradiation. OSLD has the advantages of relatively simple device reading and measuring process, stable performance and small influence on the temperature and humidity of the environment.
