The G-band was displayed on the chromosome of mung bean root tip cells by the method of wind-oleander, and the number of its bands changed with the degree of chromosome condensation. The G-band in early, middle and early stages was clearer. The number, size and distribution of homologous chromosomes were basically the same. This article also discusses the mechanism of action of wind olein in G-band induction.
