企业并购是企业从资产经营向资本经营转化的重要扩张手段,并购后企业间整合则是指为了实现企业并购的战略目标,采取有效的管理手段和整合策略,对并购双方的“硬件”和“软件”进行重新调整、规划和配置,以取得企业并购的规模经济效应和协同效应的过程,有效的企业间整合可以提高企业的环境适就应能力和市场竞争能力,从而提高企业市场价值。缺乏合理的整合过程,不仅阴碍互补协同效应的发挥,甚至可能削弱并购方的实力,而成为企业进一步发展的“包袱”。
Mergers and acquisitions (M & A) are important means of expansion for enterprises to transform from asset management to capital management. Integration between enterprises after mergers and acquisitions means that in order to achieve the strategic goal of M & A and adopt effective management methods and integration strategies, the “hardware” and “ Software ”to re-adjust, plan and configure in order to obtain the economies of scale and synergy effect of mergers and acquisitions process, effective inter-enterprise integration can improve the enterprise environment adaptability and market competitiveness, thereby enhancing the market value of the enterprise.
