测试了添加稀土元素和Ti、Nb的11%Cr铁素体不锈钢的力学特性,观察了退火后冲击试样的断口形貌,利用金相显微镜和透射电镜观察退火前后不锈钢的组织,分析加入稀土的铁素体不锈钢韧性变化原因。结果表明:退火前添加稀土比添加Ti、Nb的11%Cr铁素体不锈钢综合力学性能提升效果好;退火后添加稀土的11%Cr铁素体不锈钢为韧性断裂,这是由于稀土夹杂物在晶界上富集,起到钉扎效应。
The mechanical properties of 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel with addition of rare earth elements and Ti and Nb were tested. The fracture morphology of the specimens after annealing was observed. The microstructure of the stainless steel before and after annealing was observed with optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. Ferritic stainless steel toughness changes. The results show that the mechanical properties of 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel with addition of Ti and Nb are better than before. The 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel with rare earth added after annealing is ductile fracture, Rich in grain boundaries, pinning effect.
