核电站具有特殊的安全要求,当发生事故,操纵员需要确认反应堆保护系统是否已经正确执行相应的安全动作,确保反应堆处于可控状态。事故后,就需要对事故进行原因分析,找出触发事故的最初原因,对核电站的长期稳定运行有着重要意义。本文介绍了首故障识别功能的目的和意义,分析了目前国内两种主流核电站DCS平台的首故障设计方案,并给出了ACPR1000项目中首故障识别功能的工程设计方案。研究表明,ACPR1000项目首故障识别方案,大大提高了故障原因信号的分辨率。
Nuclear power stations have special safety requirements. In the event of an accident, the operator needs to verify that the reactor protection system has correctly implemented the appropriate safety actions to ensure that the reactor is under control. After the accident, it is necessary to analyze the cause of the accident and identify the initial cause of the accident, which is of great significance to the long-term stable operation of the nuclear power station. This paper introduces the purpose and significance of the first fault identification function, analyzes the first fault design scheme of the DCS platform of the two mainstream nuclear power plants in China, and gives the engineering design scheme of the first fault identification function in the ACPR1000 project. The research shows that the first fault identification scheme of ACPR1000 project greatly improves the resolution of the fault cause signal.
