利用UG软件建立G系列发动机机罩的三维模型,然后导入eta/DYNAFOR软件对其冲压成形过程进行数值模拟。通过调节板料成形过程中压边力、拉深筋高度、冲压速度和模具间隙参数等主要工艺参数得到不同的模拟结果,采用正交实验法对模拟结果进行比较和分析,获得最优工艺参数组合:压边力4430 kN、拉深筋高度8 mm、冲压速度3000 mm·s-1、凸凹模间隙1.575 mm。根据最优工艺参数进行冲压成形工艺试验,得到表面质量合格的发动机机罩冲压件。检验结果表明,最优参数组合可以有效解决实际生产制造过程中起皱、破裂和未充分拉深等冲压质量问题。
Using UG software to build a three-dimensional model of the G series engine hood, and then into the eta / DYNAFOR software for its numerical simulation of the stamping process.
