人们说,全国科技大会召开以来的这十年,是我国科学技术发展的春天。理论上的正名,政策上的扶持,对科技工作者的尊重,极大地促进了科学技术的腾飞。接踵而来的“星火计划”、“燎原计划”、“丰收计划”、“863计划”、“菜篮子”工程等相继实施,给科技工作者提供了广阔的用武天地。统计表明,自“六五”计划以来取得科技成果6万多项,其中部分推广应用新增产值1400多亿元,为前30年的一倍多,科技进步的前景是令人振奋的。
