The 14th CPC National Congress will be held. This is a happy event in our political life. As a communist working in the countryside, I talked about my heart through the party magazine. I have three wishes for the forthcoming fourteen Congress: I wish the 14th Party Congress a decision and continue to promote the development of township and village enterprises. The status and role of township and village enterprises have been clearly defined on many occasions by the Central Government. Our peasants have their own personal experience. It is an issue worth noting how township and village enterprises can continue to maintain their vigor and vitality
