值此《党的建设》创刊10周年之际,我表示热烈的祝贺。《党的建设》创刊10年来,紧紧围绕党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线,从改革开放和经济建设的实际出发,针对新形势下党的建设遇到的新情况、新问题,开拓创新,不断进取,积极引导各级党组织和共产党员,学习马列主义、毛泽东思想和建设有中国特色的社会主义理论;认真宣传省委、省政府关于改革和经济发展的思路、决策和规划;宣传加强党的建设的重要性,推广加强领导班子、基层组织和廉政建设的先进典型和介绍各条战线优秀党员的模范事迹;引导广大党员干部向以权谋私、行贿受贿、官僚主义等消
