幼儿教师资格培养工作直接关乎到幼儿教师教育事业的发展。面对目前幼儿教师师资培养中所存在的问题,就需要采取相应的培养培训策略,对幼儿教师职业素质的提高具有重要的促进作用。本论文针对幼教师资存在的问题及培养培训策略展开研究。
Kindergarten teacher training is directly related to the development of kindergarten teacher education. In the face of the problems existing in preschool teacher training, it is necessary to adopt corresponding training strategies, which plays an important role in promoting the improvement of preschool teachers’ professional qualities. This thesis aims at the existing problems of kindergarten teachers and training strategies.
