名称:山药。俗名:汀山。概说:本品神农本草经列为上品,其植物有三种,(1)山药Dioscorea Batotas Decne,此为山药的正品,(2)Dioscorea Quinquelata Thunb,其叶类似菊叶,(3)Taponica Thunb,日人多栽培之,但以此充本山之薯蕷則誤。本省瑞金县家种品,当地称汀山,据说野生者較栽培品为貴。质量是否不同,似宜研究,谨提出以供参考。产地:瑞金为主要产区,年产量1200担,虔南、祟义、大余、信丰等县为次产区,年产量672担。来源:薯蕷科植物,山药为多年生蔓性草本,野生山地或家种,块根供药用。
Name: Yam. Popular name: Ting Shan. It is said that the product of Shennong Herb is classified as top grade and its plants are of three types. (1) Dioscorea Batotas Decne, a yam, which is a genuine product of yam, (2) Dioscorea Quinquelata Thunb, whose leaves resemble Juye, (3) Taponica Thunb, The Japanese cultivated more, but it was an error to fill the mountain’s potato. Ruijin County, the province’s home-grown product, is known locally as Tingshan and it is said that wilder people are more expensive than cultivars.
