For several thermal shocks, the key related to the core reactivity feedback is that still retain the original geometry of the reflector and shield group.In the work, the thermal shock characteristics of the group for the safe operation were researched using the specialized bench called ESPRESSO loop and simulating the thermal shock for the group at the condition of emergency shutdown in full power CEFR.
