我科有两例鼻咽癌患者在接受低分割双耳前野照射后发生放射性脑病,报告如下: 例1女,初治时39岁。于1986年5～7月因鼻咽癌T_2N_2M_0 Ⅱ期、中度分化鳞癌放疗,原发灶位于鼻咽左侧。放疗方案:对原发灶~(60)Co外照射3501cGy/19次,25天,分段休息21天,继给3834cGy/12次,26天,其中以低分割双耳前野照射3476eGy/11次,近期痊愈出院。1987年3月始出现记忆力减退,继而急起右侧肢体瘫痪伴感觉减退。1988年
