通过解析中小企业在现代经济中必然占有重要地位的一般原因,以及湖南省当前发展科技中小企业的特殊需求,论述了在大企业战略背景下,湖南仍要不放松推动科技中小企业发展。湖南中小企业发展支持系统还很不完善,要慎防大企业战略对中小企业发展支持的偏重挤出。对湖南科技中小企业融资、技术和信息服务支持体系建设,提出了若干对策建议。
By analyzing the general reasons why SMEs inevitably occupy an important position in the modern economy and the special needs of developing small and medium-sized SMEs in Hunan Province, we discuss that under the strategic background of large-scale enterprises, Hunan still should not relax the development of SMEs in science and technology. Small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan development support system is still not perfect, to be careful to prevent large-scale enterprise strategy for the development of SMEs support the emphasis. On Hunan science and technology SMEs financing, technology and information service support system, put forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions.
