同志们: 我们建筑工程部召开的全国建筑工程厅、局长扩大会议,现在开会了。这次会议,是在取得了1958年大跃进的伟大胜利以后,在更大跃进的1950年开始的时候召开的。会议的任务就是总结1958年在设计施工、建筑材料、城市建设、科学研究和学校教育等方面所取得的伟大成就和丰富经验,并在这个基础上,根据“全国一盘棋”有精神,对今年的工作进行全面规划,统一安排,继续鼓足干劲,
Comrades: The National Building Engineering Department and the Director-General’s Enlargement Conference convened by our Architectural Engineering Department are now in session.
