中国铝、铜资源的状况决定了我国铝、铜工业要实现可持续发展,必须从全球资源战略的高度,实施“走出去”的战略,积极开发利用国外优质资源。中国铝业公司成立以来,认真分析国内外铝工业和有色金属行业的现状以及未来的发展趋势,在加快国内业务发展的同时,将海外资源开发摆在了突出地位。围绕公司的战略定位和几年来的实践,制定了海外资源开发的总体规划,分地区、有步骤、有重点地开展和推进海外开发工作。
The situation of China’s aluminum and copper resources determines that China’s aluminum and copper industries must achieve “sustainable development” from the perspective of global resource strategy and actively implement the strategy of “going global” and actively develop and utilize high-quality foreign resources.
