目的:评价CT扫描对鼻息肉的诊断价值。材料和方法:42例鼻息肉行轴位及冠状位扫描,其中轴位5例、俯卧冠状位37例,全部病例经鼻内窥镜手术及病理证实。结果:42例鼻息肉累及73侧,双侧发病31例、单侧11例。息肉主要发生在筛窦及中鼻道,部分累及上颌窦及下鼻道。全部合并不同程度鼻窦炎,部分见以直形中鼻甲为主的解剖变异及上颌窦囊肿。结论:CT特别是俯卧冠状位能提供与功能鼻内窥镜手术方位一致的解剖层面,能清晰显示鼻腔及鼻窦的病变、解剖结构及变异,对手术及防止发生并发症有重要指导意义。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT scanning for nasal polyps. Materials and Methods: 42 cases of nasal polyps underwent axial and coronal scanning. Among them, 5 were axial and 37 were prone to coronal prosthesis. All cases were confirmed by endoscopic sinus surgery and pathology. Results: 42 cases of nasal polyps involving 73 sides, bilateral onset in 31 cases, unilateral in 11 cases. Polyps mainly occur in the ethmoid sinus and middle nasal passages, with partial involvement of the maxillary sinus and inferior nasal passages. All merged with varying degrees of sinusitis, in part see the straight shape of the middle turbinate anatomical variations and maxillary sinus cysts. CONCLUSION: CT, especially in prone position, can provide the same anatomical orientation as functional endoscopic sinus surgery. It can clearly show the pathological changes, anatomy and variations of nasal cavity and sinuses. It is of great guiding significance to the operation and prevention of complications.
