Analysis of the Structural Imbalances in the Real Estate Market Since 1998, the real estate industry in our country has been developing rapidly. The supply and demand in the real estate market has been booming. The overall supply and demand balance and the housing prices have been relatively stable. The real estate market has basically shown a steady and rational trend of development. However, since the beginning of 2002, there have been some structural problems in the long-term real estate market such as the real estate investment growth much higher than the sales growth.
