本文观察了降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide,CGRP)对缺血心脏电生理活动的影响。发现顺行或逆行给CGRP均可明显提高家兔缺血心脏的室颤阈(VFT),四个时间点中以15min最为明显。顺行给药时,定颤阈随时间的延长而呈逐渐减小的趋势,至60min已无统计学意义(P>0.05);逆行给药则无此趋势。就缺血心脏的保护作用而言,顺行给药作用持续时间较短,提示逆行给CGRP较顺行给药为好。
This article investigates the effect of Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide (CGRP) on electrophysiological activity in ischemic hearts. It was found that cisplatin or retrograde CGRP could significantly increase the ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) in rabbits with ischemic heart, the most obvious being at 15min in four time points. When administered in parallel, the defibrillation threshold tended to decrease gradually with time, and no significant difference was found at 60 minutes (P> 0.05). There was no such trend in retrograde administration. As far as the protective effect of ischemic heart is concerned, the short duration of administration of cisplatin suggests that retrograde administration of CGRP is better than cisplatin.
