在光镜观察的基础上,应用免疫组织化学技术,对5例脾脏原发性恶性淋巴瘤进行了系统研究。结果:5例脾脏原发性恶性淋巴瘤,虽然形态各异但均为B细胞来源,可以有小淋巴细胞性、核裂细胞性、无核裂细胞性、未分化大细胞性4种类型恶性淋巴瘤。表明免疫组织化学染色技术对确定脾脏原发性恶性淋巴瘤的组织来源和分型具有重要的作用。
On the basis of light microscopy, five cases of spleen primary malignant lymphoma were systematically studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: Five cases of primary malignant lymphoma of spleen, although different in form, were all B cell sources. They could have small lymphocytic, nucleocytopenic, non-nuclear schizophrenia and undifferentiated large cell malignant Lymphoma. It is indicated that immunohistochemical staining technique plays an important role in determining the tissue source and typing of splenic primary malignant lymphoma.
