一、前言新安江工程在技术經济报告阶段,选擇了銅官坝段作为本工程最适宜的坝址区,并把銅官下游約4公里的罗桐埠坝段作为付区。1955年春,初步設計阶段地質勘探的初步結果,証明罗桐埠坝段河床有紫色頁岩,岩心很破碎,左岸岸坡的宽大破碎帶可能影响到河底,肯定罗桐埠坝段不如銅官坝段,决定集中力量对铜官坝段进行初步设计阶段的勘測设计工作。铜官坝段在浙江省建德县境,河谷为近南北方向,新安江由北向南流經峽谷,峡谷全長約800公尺,其上下游都有較开阔的台地。河底高程在20公尺左右,靠左岸的一半河床,水下地形較平緩,仅有1—
