一、前言我们对长江历史洪水进行研究中,根据清宫奏摺、地方志、续行水金鉴等历史资料结合长江洪水痕迹调查来看,1788年(清乾隆五十三年)是长江近300年来较大的一个洪水年。该年洪水历史资料比较多,虽然记载非常片断简略,但经过我们整理分析,已能得出概括性的认识。这对长江历史洪水研究说来,特别对长江暴雨运行情况的了解,是有一定价值的。我们对于长江历史洪水初步进行研究,文内所介绍的各节,遗漏和错误之处在所难免,尚希读者多多提出批评和指正。
I. Preface In the study of the historical floods in the Yangtze River, according to the historical data of the Qing court memorials, local chronicles, the relics of the Golden Tripod and the investigation of the flood traces of the Yangtze River, in 1788 (the 53rd year of the Qing Emperor Qianlong) A big flood year. The historical data of floods in that year are quite abundant. Although the records are very brief, we have been able to draw a general understanding through our analysis. This study of the history of the Yangtze River flood, especially the understanding of the operation of the Yangtze River rainstorm, there is a certain value. We have conducted a preliminary study of the historical floods in the Yangtze River. The sections, omissions and mistakes introduced in the text are inevitable. Many readers still criticize and correct them.
