“21世纪的竞争,归根到底是人才竞争”。职校是培养高素质技术人才的摇篮,也是青年学生走向社会的桥梁。职校的德育直接关系到广大职校生健康成长,关系到他们将来能否很好地适应社会,多作有益贡献。 然而,随着近几年高中热的升温,社会对职校教育和职校生存在不同程度的偏见。有人甚至认为职校生是重点高中、普通高中筛选下来的“垃圾学生”、“三等公民”。受各种因素影响的职校生心灵上也或多或少、或轻或重地存在消极的认识,往往抱着自暴自弃的态度来职校充当“混混族”。笔者认为,要加强职校德育工作,纠正来自环境和自身的思想偏见,全面提高职校生整体素质,必须认真研究和克服各种消极心理定势的干扰。
“The 21st century competition, in the final analysis, is talent competition.” Vocational school is to train high-quality technical personnel cradle, but also young students to the community bridge. The moral education in vocational schools is directly related to the healthy growth of the majority of vocational school students, and whether they will be able to adapt well to the society in the future and make more contribution to them. However, with the high school fever in recent years, there is a certain degree of prejudice in the society to vocational education and vocational school students. Some people even think that vocational school students are “refuse students” and “third-class citizens” that are selected from key high schools and ordinary high schools. Vocational school students affected by various factors are also more or less psychologically mentally and mentally or non-negligible, and tend to be “mixed” in a vocational school with a self-defeating attitude. The author believes that to strengthen moral education in vocational schools, to correct ideological prejudices from the environment and themselves, to improve the overall quality of vocational school students, we must seriously study and overcome various negative psychology of the interference.
