尼古丁作用于培养人内皮细胞,引起细胞收缩、胞浆空泡化、质膜泡形成、线粒体及内质网扩张,细胞坏死脱落。受刺激和损伤的内皮细胞Ⅷ因子相关抗原表达增多而纤联素(FN)减少。认为Ⅷ因子相关抗原增多可能导致血小板凝集性上升,促进血栓形成;纤联素减少会导致内皮连接疏松与脱落,在活体可增加内皮通透性、利于血栓形成。上述改变可成为动脉粥样硬化等多种心、脑血管疾病发生发展的促进因素。
Nicotine plays a role in the cultivation of human endothelial cells, causing cell shrinkage, vacuolization of cytoplasm, formation of plasma membrane vesicles, expansion of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, necrosis of cells. Stimulated and injured endothelial cells increased expression of Factor Ⅷ related antigens but decreased fibronectin (FN). That factor Ⅷ-related antigens may lead to increased platelet aggregation, and promote thrombosis; reduced fibronectin can lead to loose and loose endothelial connections, in vivo can increase endothelial permeability, conducive to thrombosis. These changes can be atherosclerotic and other heart and cerebrovascular disease development and promotion of factors.
