针对目前大量应用的建筑压型金属板围护系统使用中易出现的漏水问题,以YX30-160-800压型金属板系统试件为例进行水密性能试验方法的研究。试验采用在幕墙四性试验台上竖直安装试件进行风荷载分级加载并同时对试件进行喷淋的方式进行,针对压型金属板渗漏过程不易观测的特点,将红外热像法应用于渗漏观测过程,证实压型金属板围护系统水密性能检测方法的可行性。试验研究表明:风荷载及产生的变形是影响压型金属板系统渗漏的重要因素,安装节点(连接锚固点)是容易忽视的渗漏部位,应在设计、施工及水密性能试验中重点关注。
Aiming at the problems of water leakage in the application of building pressure metal plate enveloping system which is widely used at present, the test method of watertightness of YX30-160-800 pressed metal plate system is taken as an example. The test was carried out by vertical installation of test pieces on the curtain wall four-sex test-bed for wind load grading and loading of the test pieces at the same time. According to the characteristic that the leakage process of the press-type metal plate is not easy to observe, In the course of seepage observation, the feasibility of the water wicking performance testing method for the pressure plate metal enclosure system was confirmed. The experimental results show that the wind load and deformation are the important factors that affect the leakage of the pressed sheet metal system. The installation joints (connecting anchorage points) are easily overlooked seepage sites, and should be focused on the design, construction and watertight performance tests .
