本文报道1例原发性网膜脓肿。病例报告男,65岁,一周来有上腹痛,发热、不适、厌食伴重压感与胀气。症状与进食或排便无关。既往无食物过敏、腹部不适、近期创伤或腹部手术、(口恶)心或呕吐史。发病前健康良好及无症状。体检:中度腹胀,上腹及右上腹附近有压痛,肠鸣音存在无特殊,最高体温102℉,腹部平片见小肠及结肠有散在气液平面,符合轻度麻痹性肠梗阻。腹部翘
This article reports a case of primary omental abscess. Case report Male, 65 years old, one week to have upper abdominal pain, fever, discomfort, anorexia with stress and flatulence. Symptoms have nothing to do with eating or defecating. Past no food allergies, abdominal discomfort, recent trauma or abdominal surgery, (bad heart) or vomiting history. Before the onset of good health and asymptomatic. Physical examination: moderate abdominal distension, tenderness near the upper abdomen and right upper quadrant, presence of bowel sounds no special, the maximum body temperature of 102 ℉, abdominal plain film see the small intestine and colon are scattered in the gas-liquid level, in line with mild paralytic ileus.
