本文对钻机的几种动力驱动—柴油机带液力驱动、直—直流电驱动及交—直流电驱动的特性作了分析,并指出交—直流可控硅电驱动是目前钻机驱动方式中较新、较先进的一种。文章又指出,尽管这几种驱动均能实现无级调速,但各自的高功率输出或高效率范围还是有限的,因此认为绞车设少数机械档是必要的,以保证充分利用功率。文后对传动系统的挡数分布应如何考虑,分传动比的确定作了分析。
In this paper, several kinds of power-driven diesel engine driven by liquid-driven, direct-current drive and AC-DC drive are analyzed. It is pointed out that AC-DC thyristor drive is newer in current drive system, Advanced one. The article also pointed out that although these types of drives can achieve stepless speed regulation, but their respective high-power output or high efficiency range is limited, so that the winch set a few mechanical files are necessary to ensure full use of power. After the article on the transmission system how to consider the gear distribution, the determination of the transmission ratio was analyzed.
