我国开展了“铁磁液体与密封的理论与试验”新技术的研究。本文简单叙述了铁磁液的磁特性、密封原理和应用的可能性,并对已进行的铁磁液密封在轴系支承中应用的试验作了介绍。对铁磁液轴系支承密封装置的结构和密封机理也作了举例说明。
China has carried out a “ferromagnetic liquid and sealed the theory and test,” a new technology research. This paper briefly describes the magnetic properties of ferrofluid, the principle of sealing and the possibility of its application. The experiments on the application of ferrofluid sealing in shaft support are introduced. The structure and sealing mechanism of the ferrofluid shaft bearing seal are also illustrated.
