自2014年起,云南省教育厅悉数收回前些年下放给各州(市)的初中学业水平考试(简称“学考”)命题权,除昆明市和曲靖市仍然享有自主命题权外,其他14个州(市)均统一使用云南省统考卷。单就语文学科来说,云南省统考卷共涉及苏教版、语文版、人教版三种教材。就作文命题而言,考虑到各州(市)教育发展极不均衡、民族区域分布广等实际,云南省统考卷作文命题的难度与昆明卷、曲靖卷相比,难度值较低。笔者在此分析近三年
