缺硒是克山病的基本病因之一。资料表明,用低硒的克山病病区粮喂养的动物其组织蛋白和 RNA 都处于贫硒状态;硒可以减轻 DNA 损伤,维持其正常结构。一九八五年楚雄克山病综合考察发现,克山病心肌 RNA 含量及低分子量核苷酸有明显降低趋势。但是,通过加适量的硒能否提高饲低硒病区粮动物体的核酸含量尚需进一步证实。为此,我们分别用克山病病区粮(硒:0.014ppm),病区加硒粮(硒:0.189ppm)和西安粮(硒:0.062pppm)喂养大鼠至12周后,活杀测其肝组织 DNA,RNA含量及肝硒,并观察大鼠体重,增长情况和自然死亡率。以了解硒对饲低硒病区粮大鼠肝组织核酸含量的影响和硒对大鼠生长状态的影响。
