第七章 施工组织设计 第一节 施工组织设计概述 1.什么是施工组织设计?它是对施工的各项活动作出全面安排,能指导施工准备和施工全过程的技术经济文件。编制施工组织设计的必要性是由项目的单件性决定的。由于一个项目(工程)一个样,因此,每个项目(工程)都有必要编制施工组织设计。它是施工项目管理规划的主要内容,是项目取得成功的保证。 2.施工组织设计分为三大类:①施工组织总设计;②单位工程组织设计;③分项工程施工设计。以上分类是根据设计阶段和编制对象的不同而区分的。
Chapter VII Construction Organization Design Section 1 Overview of Construction Organization Design 1. What is the construction organization design? It is a technical and economic document that provides comprehensive arrangements for construction activities and guides the entire process of construction preparation and construction. The necessity for the design of the construction organization is determined by the individual nature of the project.
