本文系华东水利學院根据苏联相应水位的理論基础制定,成果是令人滿意的。这充分說明相应水位报预方法的关系在于精确地分析出河段汇流历时在洪水过程中的变化。因此在一般情况下,同一水位由于漲落水时附加比降不同,傳播时間亦不同,应該把漲落水分开来繪制。由于本文未將确定上下游站相应水位的方法步驟加以闡述,为便于广大测站同志閱讀,特补充如次: 最简單的确定上下游的相应水位的方法就是繪制上下游站的逐次水位过程綫,據此將每次洪水底水綫以上的漲洪分为n部分,并根据等分点繪平行于底水綫的平行綫交于水位过程綫,漲落水面各n个交点,如上游站漲水面各交点的水位为H_1,H_2,……H_n;下游漲水面的各交点水位为H_1′,H_2′,H_3′,……H_n′,則上下游站在漲水部分的各相应水位应为H_1~H_1′,H_2~H_2′,H_3~H_3′,……H_n~H_n′;同时有一相应水位,即有一相应的洪水傅播时間,故傳播时間亦应有n对(見图1);同样在落水部分的上下游相应水位及傳播时間亦是如此取法。如起漲水位及落水段最低水位不等,仍可將漲落水分別确定相应水位,分的部分数可以不等,如图2所示。
