文章简析了泥浆转化成水泥浆时体系增稠的原因及各类分散剂的作用机理及特点。针对泥浆转化成水泥浆时体系含盐量高、pH 值高的特点,通过大量实验开发出了一种适合泥浆转化成水泥浆用的高效分散剂AB-1 。AB-1 为一种非离子型分散剂及阴离子型分散剂的混合物。外观呈棕红色液体,易溶于水,能在230℃下保持稳定。通过对两性离子聚合物及磺化体系泥浆的转化实验发现:AB- 1 能显著提高转化水泥浆的流变性,并能抗盐、抗碱。此外AB- 1 对早期及后期强度均无明显影响。对浆体稠化时间、失水也无明显影响。AB- 1 可应用于高温深井复杂泥浆转成水泥浆技术。
The paper briefly analyzes the reason of system thickening when mud is converted into cement slurry and the action mechanism and characteristics of various dispersants. Aiming at the characteristics of high salinity and high pH value of the system when slurry is transformed into cement slurry, AB-1, an efficient dispersant suitable for slurry conversion into cement slurry, has been developed through a large number of experiments. AB-1 is a mixture of a non-ionic dispersant and an anionic dispersant. The appearance of a reddish brown liquid, soluble in water, can be stable at 230 ℃. Through the experiments on conversion of zwitterionic polymers and sulfonated muds, it was found that AB-1 can significantly improve the rheological properties of the converted cement and resist salt and alkali. In addition AB- 1 had no significant effect on the early and late strength. Thickening time on the slurry, water loss and no significant effect. AB-1 can be applied to complex high-temperature deep mud into cement slurry technology.
