为了在引进的烧结机过程计算机系统上拓展功能,针对灰箱数学模型难于满足新工艺要求的情况,提出了利用已知计算机系统的输入输出数据,采用聚类分析和冶金机理分析相结合的综合分析方法,构建了烧结过程在线质量控制模型。通过在450 m2烧结机上的连续运行和测试,证实了该系统的有效性,实现了适应新工艺要求的烧结过程在线质量控制。
In order to expand the function of the computer system in the process of sintering machine introduced, aiming at the situation that the mathematic model of gray box can not meet the requirements of the new process, the paper put forward the method of combining the input and output data of the known computer system with the combination of cluster analysis and metallurgical mechanism analysis Analysis method, build online quality control model of sintering process. The continuous operation and testing on the 450 m2 sintering machine confirmed the effectiveness of the system and realized on-line quality control of the sintering process to meet the requirements of the new process.
