目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的具体效果。方法 80例社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组患者采取服用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗的方法 ,对照组采取服用缬沙坦治疗的方法 ,比较两组治疗效果。结果经过不同方法治疗后,实验组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者有显著的效果,值得医院临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension complicated with diabetes in community. Methods Eighty elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine, while those in the control group were treated with valsartan. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment by different methods, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0% and that of the control group was 77.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine treatment of community-based elderly patients with essential hypertension with diabetes have a significant effect, it is worth the clinical application of the hospital.
