Objective: To investigate the effect of different concentrations of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in labor analgesia. Methods: Select single birth and full term primiparas in 120 cases. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups: group A 0.1% ropivacaine combined sufentanil 0.1g / mL, group B 0.1% ropivacaine combined with sufentanil 0.3g / mL, group C 0.1% ropivacaine combined sufentanil 0.5g / mL. The analgesic effects, adverse reactions and neonatal Apgar scores of the three groups were observed. Results: Compared with groups B and C, group A showed longer onset of analgesia and lower analgesic effect, p <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was significantly higher than that in groups A and B, p <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 0.1% ropivacaine combined with 0.3g / mL sufentanil is effective in pain relief during childbirth and has few side effects. It also has no significant effect on labor, postpartum hemorrhage, and Apgar score of newborns.
