新加坡洲际酒店耗资数百万美元的翻新工程于近期完工。该工程由新加坡本土设计公司FBEYE International执掌，翻新部分包括酒店大堂及大堂吧、主塔楼客房及套房、餐厅以及健身房。
大堂设计着力于奢华、典雅元素与本土风情的融合，入口处礼宾廊犹如土生华人（即娘惹）家的客厅。大堂吧内粉白色殖民地风格柱与绿色面料座椅散发着“旧世界的魅力”。主塔楼的豪华客房是城市内难觅的庇护所，床头板由绸面包覆，其上精美的花纹图案是对新加坡本地特有的娘惹文化的致敬，白、鸭蛋青与金的色系体现了文化融合之下的温暖。提供自助早餐和时尚晚餐体验的欧式餐厅Ash & Elm也换了新颜，地面装点着异国情调的理石、旧橡木及马赛克瓷砖，日光棚覆盖整个用餐区域。
InterContinental Singapore recently unveiled its multimillion-dollar renovation by FBEYE International. The refresh encompasses the lobby， Main Tower guestrooms and suites， fitness center， restaurant and lobby lounge.
The lobby's design aims to combine elements of luxury and elegance with local charm. The Concierge Lounge at the entrance of the hotel lobby was designed after the living room of a Peranakan home. The Lobby Lounge aims to radiate "old-world charm" with white-washed colonial pillars and blue， rust and green color palette. The Deluxe Rooms in the Main Tower were designed to be inviting sanctuaries within the city. The headboard above the beds were created with a padded silk covering and features a contemporary interpretation of Peranakan tile motifs using block-printing. The white， duck egg blue and gold color tones are meant to incorporate ethnicity and warmth. The revamped European restaurant， Ash & Elm， offers a breakfast buffet by day and a stylish dinner experience by night. The space includes a skylight canopy that runs the length of the dining area， exotic marble， aged oak timber and mosaic tile flooring.
