概述了我国农机购置补贴的实施现状、政策规定及主要渔业机械产品目录,展示了自2004年实施农机补贴以来,农机补贴政策的实施在渔业优化装备结构、提高渔业化发展水平、促进渔业稳定发展和农民持续增收等方面的显著作用。并通过上海这个窗口,探讨了上海市渔业机械产品纳入农机补贴的可行性,提出补贴目录框架设想,为促进渔业机械行业的可持续发展提供了可行性方案。
The implementation status quo, policies and regulations and the catalogs of major fishery machinery products in China are summarized. Since the implementation of the subsidy scheme for farm machinery in 2004, the implementation of the agricultural subsidy policy has been implemented in the fishery industry to optimize the equipment structure, raise the level of fishery development and promote the stable development of fisheries And farmers continue to increase income and other aspects of the significant role. Through the window of Shanghai, this paper discusses the feasibility of incorporating the agricultural machinery subsidy into the fishery machinery products in Shanghai, puts forward the idea of subsidy directory framework and provides a feasible scheme for promoting the sustainable development of the fishery machinery industry.
