为改进黄瓜嫁接技术,提高工效,降低成本,笔者结合生产,用靠接法接1417株苗,成苗(达定植标准苗,下同)1285株,成苗率为90.7%;用日本先进砧木断茎法插接215株,成苗202株,成苗率为94.0%。砧木断茎插接操作方法为,插接前将砧木胚茎留5~6 cm 断去,其它操作均与普通插接法相同。插接完成后随即插入预先准备好的营养钵内(钵装培养土八、九成,并浇透水),深度约3~4 cm,胚茎上部留2 cm 上下。苗床管理基本与其它嫁接法一致,前3~4 d 特别要注意遮荫,防止阳光照晒,苗床内适宜温度早8时30分左右平均为17.4℃,14时30分左右平均为27.8℃,空气湿度视叶面有微细水株,约95%~100%。经过10 d 即成活,再经2~3 d 试揭观
