目的探讨气滞血瘀型高脂大鼠内皮损伤的信号转导机制及开心胶囊的保护作用。方法培养人脐静脉内皮细胞,采用中药药理学方法、ELISA方法检测不同血清中NF-κB含量。结果模型组NF-κB含量明显升高,开心胶囊高剂量组明显下降,与模型组相比有显著差异。结论开心胶囊保护气滞血瘀型高脂血清内皮损伤的机制可能与降低NF-κB活性有关。
Objective To investigate the signal transduction mechanism of endothelial injury in qi stagnation and blood stasis type rats and the protective effect of Kaixin capsule. Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were cultured. The levels of NF-κB in serum were detected by pharmacological methods and ELISA. Results The content of NF-κB in the model group was significantly higher than that in the high-dose group of Kaixin capsule. There was a significant difference compared with the model group. Conclusion The protective mechanism of Kaixin capsule on endothelial injury induced by qi stagnation and blood stasis type hyperlipidemia may be related to the decrease of NF-κB activity.
