用两种RNA病毒(SMV、TRSV)混合感染大豆“Lee”叶片。通过对叶片细胞超微结构的连续观察,显示的主要病理特征是①SMV与TRSV粒体共栖于同一叶片细胞之中。②SMV和TRSV粒体量,分别多于同期单独感染寄主细胞的病毒粒体量,而TRSV粒体相对多于SMV粒体量。③经提纯SMV和TRSV产量高。负染后电镜所示:SMV粒体呈线状,长约750nm,直径约12nm、TRSV粒体呈多球形面体,直径约27nm。④病叶研磨液与已知SMV抗血清、TRSV抗血清作用均生成沉淀线,呈阳性反应。与BPMV抗血清作用呈阴性反应。
Infected soybean “Lee” leaves with two RNA viruses (SMV, TRSV). The continuous observation of the ultrastructure of leaf cells showed that the main pathological features of SMV and TRSV were in the same leaf cells. ② The amounts of mitochondria of SMV and TRSV were more than the number of virosomes infected host cells alone in the same period, while the number of TRSV granules was more than that of SMV granules. ③ purified SMV and TRSV high yield. Negative-staining electron microscopy showed: SMV granular was linear, about 750nm, diameter of about 12nm, TRSV granular body was spherical, diameter of about 27nm. ④ diseased leaves and known anti-SMV serum antiserum, TRSV antiserum precipitation lines were formed, a positive reaction. Negative response to BPMV antiserum.
